Refunds are limited to the terms below. We aim for client satisfaction but cannot guarantee treatment outcomes, so refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with results.

Services

All services are non-refundable once performed. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows (see Terms & Conditions).

Products

Unopened products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned, for health and safety reasons.

Packages & Gift Cards

Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval (conditions vary by treatment). Gift cards are non-refundable and must be redeemed within their validity period.

Treatment Reactions

Results and normal side effects (e.g., temporary redness or irritation) are not eligible for refund. If you experience an adverse reaction, contact us immediately for follow-up care.
