Disclaimer & Liability

HWA SKIN provides non-medical cosmetic (medi-spa) services for general wellness purposes only. These treatments are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients must disclose all relevant health information before treatment. Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge the risks involved (including temporary redness, irritation, or discomfort) and release HWA SKIN, its owners, and staff from liability related to treatment outcomes.

Appointments

Services are by appointment only. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment. Appointments can be booked online, via Instagram, or by email confirmation.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Payments

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All service and product prices are in CAD and shown before HST; 13% HST is added at checkout. The HWA Circle — Founding Membership renews automatically once a year at $299 CAD (+13% HST) until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account before your renewal date to stop future charges.

Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and packages are non-refundable. Gift cards must be presented at time of use. Packages must be used within their stated validity period. Late changes (under 24 hours) and no-shows on package appointments deduct the session. The same 24-hour notice applies to HWA Circle membership appointments. HWA Circle membership is a non-refundable annual fee; benefits reset each membership year and don't carry over.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose relevant medical history, allergies, and medications before treatment. HWA SKIN reserves the right to decline or modify a service for safety reasons.

Privacy

Client information is collected for safe service delivery and record-keeping, and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
